Driver’s Licence & Age Limits ;
For all groups minimum age requirement is 22 with at least one year of valid national or international driving licence.

Rental Period ;
Rental Periods are calculated on a 24 hour basis.

Additional Driver ;
In order to have additional person drive the car along with the original renter, the details of their driving licence(s) must be registered in the rental agreement at the time of issuing contract. Otherwise all insurance coverage become void and both the renter and the additional driver will be held fully responsible legally and financially for any and all damages and losses to Carrentalfethiye.com’s property as well as to third parties.

Delivery & Pick-up ;
Free delivery and pick-up service is available within city borders during office working hours. Service fee is charged for delivery and pick-up to and from places no Carrentalfethiye.com & its partner’s office exists. For service fee and further details, contact us.

Delayed Return ;
If the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay is exceeded by 3 hours, the full day rental rate is charged e.g. the applicable rate.

Insurance ;
It is a must that the renter are fully insured by the way law orders and to make insurance offers according to the customers requirements. There are two types of protection insurances offered by us. The first type is the mandatory insurance, applied by the government rules that is THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE and the second type is the voluntary insurance and waivers which are the COLLUSION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW). Third Party Insurance & Theft Protection are including in our rates.
Important : In case of any accident, the vehicle must not be moved from the place of accident and the accident and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or gendarme station in order to have the insurance of Collusion Damage Waiver remain valid and call us. Otherwise CDW is considered void.

Traffic Fines ;
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that incur during the rental period are charged to the renter.

Reservation ;
You can fill-out our “Booking Form” as a request and we reply it within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy ;
Cancellation should be informed us at least 48 hours before pick-up date. Uninformed cancellation will be treated as a “No Show” and one day rental rate will be charged from your credit card.

Payment ;
The total cost of the rental is payable at the time of delivery of the car by cash or by a major credit card (Visa or Master).

Deposit ;
One blank credit card slip will be taken at the time of issuing contract as a deposit (for extend day, gasoline differences..etc) and we will give you back at the end of the rental.

Other Services;
* Baby Seat is available with a notice prior to 72 hours.
* Driver & tourist guide may be provided upon request. Please contact us for fees and further details.

* The rates include unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver (C.D.W.), third party insurance, theft protection &  tax,
* The rates are in £ GBP. EURO and USD prices avaliable upon request,
* The rates include delivery and collection charges to airport or hotel,
* One way rentals subject to extra charge,
* The rates exclude “headlights, tyre punctures, windscreen” insurance,
* Child seat and second driver is free of charge.

• Shuttle Transfer : This shuttle bus servive offers a cheap and quick transfer to and from your holiday accommodation.. Pre booking a shuttle service gives you the security of knowing how you will arrive at your accommodation. Shuttle services are scheduled, therefore you may have to wait for a short time at the airport, maximum waiting time 1 hour ( day or night). Transfer times are estimated and may vary depending on the number of stops en-route.

• Private Taxi (1 - 4) passengers :This service offers a quick and hassle free way of reaching your accommodation. A private, pre booked taxi transfer will be at the airport to meet your flight which means no waiting around at the airport and a more relaxing start to your holiday.
